We are excited to announce that Convergence is upgrading our Support Portal to Zendesk! The new Zendesk portal link is below.
- Your Username & Password for the portal is the same as before. Note you can now review the knowledgebase without needing to log in.
- You can submit a ticket in Zendesk by clicking the Submit a Support Request button.
- Zendesk does not show open support tickets. Please contact Convergence Support if you need a current list of open support tickets. We are looking to add this option to Zendesk in the future.
- Zendesk has the latest Convergence Knowledge Base articles and Webinars.
